The 144,000 sq. ft. Waco Convention Center is the premier meetings and convention facility for Central Texas. With a 33,000 sq. ft. exhibit hall, a 15,000 sq. ft. tradeshow hall, an elegant ballroom seating over 600, plus 12 breakout rooms, this flexible venue can handle small and large conventions, seminars, and tradeshows. The convention center’s “sweet spot” is meetings from 400-1,000 attendees.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, free parking, limited in-house catering, and in-house full bar service. Customers may also select an outside-approved caterer.
The City of Waco has selected ASM Global, the world’s No. 1 development, full-service venue, and live-events company, to operate the Waco Convention Center. ASM Global will be responsible for all aspects of Waco Convention Center's operations, including event management, sales and marketing, customer service, and facility maintenance. The center will join the company’s global convention and conference portfolio, the largest in North America and worldwide, bringing excellence in venue management, innovative programming, and new economic opportunities to the region.

In December, 2020, the Waco Convention Center was awarded the Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation, the gold standard for prepared facilities. Under the guidance of GBAC, a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, the Waco Convention Center has implemented the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention in its facility.
