The Waco Tourism Public Improvement District Corporation Board of Directors consists of twelve voting positions and three ex-officio positions. Four are from hotels with 125 rooms or more; 5 are from hotels with 100-124 rooms; and 3 are from hotels with 75-99 rooms. Ex Officio positions are 1) City of Waco; 2) Waco Convention Center; and 3) Voluntary Hotelier Members.
