Waco TPID Hotels

Major hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Choice Hotels and IHG, along with affordable inns account for over 3,000 hotel rooms in the Waco Tourism Public Improvement District (WTPID). WTPID has created a reimbursement program to incentivize group or event entities to book guestrooms at WTPID member hotels. Learn more about how you can benefit from the incentive program.

The hotels are primarily located in two distinct sections of Waco less than 10 minutes apart. While they are located in separate commercial districts, all hotels are within close proximity to all the venues and attractions Waco has to offer.

Downtown/Riverfront

The nucleus of Waco’s food, art, music, and entertainment scenes include the Downtown Cultural District, the River District, and the Silo District. The central business district is anchored by the Brazos River and Cameron Park’s 416-acre oasis of towering trees, breathtaking cliffs, and a multi-use National Recreation Trail System. Major meeting facilities in the downtown/riverfront area include the Waco Convention Center and McLane Stadium.

Waco South

A premier destination in its own right, Waco South is home to premium brand hotels, dozens of restaurants, Legends Crossing, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, the popular Central Texas Marketplace, Cinemark Theatre, Main Event Waco, Topgolf, and Cottonwood Creek Golf Course. Less than ten minutes from Waco Convention Center and Extraco Events Center, it’s conveniently situated at the interchange of two major freeways and is easily accessible via surface streets.
