Magnolia Market and its famous landmark silos occupy two city blocks in downtown Waco. Owned by “Fixer Upper” stars Chip and Joanna Gaines, the must-see destination offers items in Joanna’s unique style. Admission to the complex is free. Visitors can play free games on the lawn, picnic in the shade, peek inside the renovated Old Church, and strike up a game of wiffle ball in Katy Ballpark. Silos Baking Co. - Drop by the corner bakery filled with cupcakes, pastries, and other treats. Inspired by old-world bakeries, when you walk through the doors of Silos Baking Co., you feel like you’re stepping back in time.
Magnolia Home - Magnolia Home presents fully- designed room scenes to help you imagine the possibilities for your own home. The retail space showcases the full picture of home, from furniture and rugs to wall decor, art, and other accent pieces.
Shops at The Silos - Inspired by the quaint storefronts lining New York City streets, these six boutique-style shops have specific themes in mind. You’ll find gifts for the homebody, custom accessories, branded souvenirs, Chip-approved goods, hosting essentials, and more.
Magnolia Press - Pause for a good cup of coffee and some chocolate cake from Magnolia Press, the cozy coffee shop located at the Silos.
Food Trucks at the Silos - Whether you’re hungry for breakfast, lunch, or a midday treat, there is a lineup of food trucks with their favorite fare.

Silos Garden Experience
Guests will be guided through our Silos garden to learn about what is growing in any given season, hear Jo’s vision for this corner of the property and learn how our Magnolia garden team keeps this space thriving year round. Following the tour, guests will enter our garden shed, turned workshop space, to learn the basic process of pressing flowers and create their own herbarium prints. A small offering of snacks and refreshments will be available during the workshop portion of the experience.

Chip's Archive Experience
Join us for a step inside “Chip’s Archive.” Situated on the second story of Magnolia Market at the Silos, this space once served as Chip’s office but has since evolved into a room that showcases his favorite Magnolia memories from over the years. Meaningful memorabilia fills the walls and shelves within this space, each piece holding its own story. This experience grants you exclusive access into a portion of the building that’s otherwise closed to the public, plus a chance to be immersed in untold stories and fun behind-the-scenes moments. In true Chip fashion, each guest will leave with something a little bit unexpected to remember the occasion.
